Baja Marine Foods is wholly owned by Cal Marine Fish Company a subsidiary of Inter Oceanic Holdings, LLC.
Our boats focus on the smaller pelagic species that are abundant in the coastline adjacent to the Pacific Ocean along the Baja California Peninsula, Mexico. Our facilities are located in the Port of El Sauzal de Rodriguez in Ensenada. Ensenada’s location opens doors to the east and the rest of the world through its merchant port, and its proximity to the U.S. border connects us to the North American market.
Baja Marine Foods’ commitment to the integral quality of its products and services has been successfully positioned in the markets for food products primarily for human consumption, aquaculture, pet food and bait.
We take pride in responsible fishing and adhering to comprehensive local and global legislation, ensuring the protection of the species for future generations.
BMF FLEET
Our family of fishermen is dedicated and oriented their fishing efforts with a commitment to quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The BMF fleet has state-of-the-art refrigeration systems and fishing equipment. Crews are trained to treat fish with extreme care based on best practices from departure to arrival at port.
Commitment to our clients goes beyond quality. We track every fish from capture to shipment to ensure traceability.
